Cameron Moskos, PA-C

Cameron Moskos, PA-C, is a native of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Clemson University and attended the Medical University of South Carolina to study medicine. Cameron received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010. She is a preceptor for the Medical University of South Carolina Physician Assistant Program. After practicing in Women’s Health in Scottsdale, Arizona, she joined a Health and Wellness Family Medicine clinic and Medical Spa. In 2014 her love for Aesthetic Medicine and experience with injectables began. Her training includes administering neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella. She also has extensive knowledge of lasers, Coolsculpting, skincare, Hydrafacials, radiofrequency, and microneedling treatments.
In 2018, Cameron furthered her career in Aesthetics in the Seattle area. After honing her skills on the West Coast for a decade, she was elated to move back to the South Carolina coast with her family in December of 2019. Cameron currently resides in Mount Pleasant. She joined the Waccamaw Dermatology medspa team in the Grand Strand area and previously provided aesthetics and injections at the Plastic Surgery of The Carolinas.
She is now the proud owner of Cameo Facial Aesthetics. Cameron’s skill set includes: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, non-invasive body contouring, photo-facial rejuvenation, laser skin resurfacing, and radiofrequency skin tightening and lifting. Cameron also has extensive skincare product knowledge.
Cameron’s approach to helping others achieve their aesthetic goals includes a combination of artistic vision, patience, and experience. She also believes that inner beauty and wellness are essential to the totality of the individual. Through her upbeat energy and encouragement, she empowers patients to love themselves from the inside out.
When she isn’t in the office treating patients, Cameron enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. She likes to stay active and particularly loves spin and barre classes. She is an avid Clemson Tiger fan and is excited to be back in the Palmetto State so she can regularly attend her family tailgate at the home football games in the Fall!
Katie Nickerson, PA-C
Wellness Provider + Injector
Katie began her medical journey at Clemson University, graduating Magna Cumme Laude with a B.S. in Health Science. She then pursued her Physician Assistant Studies at Medical University of South Carolina.
With a diverse medical background, Katie discovered her passion in wellness and aesthetics. She’s extensively trained through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), holding certifications in metabolic medicine and hormonal treatments. Katie is currently working towards her fellowship certification in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine.
For over a decade, Katie has been dedicated to helping her patients both look and feel their best.

Katie is a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare. She grew up in Frisco, TX and attended University of Arkansas for undergrad. After college, she enrolled in Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute of Dallas where she received her esthetician license.
She strives to have all of her clients feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. She is a total product junkie and loves to start her day with a hot yoga class!

Julia Saylors, MD

Dr. Saylors completed her undergraduate studies at Clemson University, where she double-majored in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She then earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Saylors trained in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham for six years. She recently graduated from a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Saylors serves on the board of the South Carolina Oncology Society and acts as a preceptor for Oncology and Hematology for medical residents in training. Outside of work, she enjoys being a mother to her three children and a dog, who keep her busy. Her hobbies include reading, exercising, traveling, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, and attending live music events.
